Technical Special Projects

Mobile Masters has a team of special projects technicians and engineers that spend time researching and developing new technology as well as integrating existing technologies to form a customised solution.

Some recent examples of the work that our Special Projects team have commissioned are;

Geokinetics Singapore: Mobile Masters has installed a network of remote handsets and data links to control a multi-channel VHF radio system that operates between ships out of Singapore.

Boral Group: Mobile Masters recently rolled out a state-wide network of repeaters linked together by VOIP Hardware which is controlled by a central dispatch centre. This allows the Boral Group to have centralised control of an entire fleet of closed sell call mobile radios.

Mobile Masters special projects can technically scope and design solutions and provide cost analysis reports to assist you in determining the right communications solution for you.

Service and Repair

At Mobile Masters, one of our priorities is to ensure that our customers get maximum life out of their fleet of two-way radios. As such, Mobile Masters has state of the art test equipment and highly experienced and factory trained technicians that are able to repair and service your communication equipment. Our accredited technicians operate from the Mobile Master Service Centre and if required our technicians are available for on-site call outs. Mobile Masters can also test equipment and provide service reports, providing you with information about your fleet of equipment and expert recommendations of the feasibility of repair vs upgrade.

Installations

Mobile Masters highly trained and experienced installers ensure that all of our installations carried out are performed at the highest quality. Mobile Masters is able to install complete repeater systems as well as in-vehicle mobile units and in-vehicle phone kits. Mobile Masters ensures that no matter how big or small the job is, we operate within Occupational Health and Safety Guidelines and provide professional looking installations to everyone we deal with.

Training

At Mobile Masters, we understand that many of the solutions that we supply are technical and may require training. Mobile Masters has support staff that is always available to answer your technical queries as well as being able to provide on-site training.
