Melanie Arnott
General Manager
Melanie has 7 years experience in business management and a degree in Justice Studies. Melanie is the daughter of the Director of Mobile Masters, Albert Hazebroek and is committed to the success of Mobile Masters. Melanie’s dedication is to ensure that Mobile Masters staff ensure that they are always customer focussed and that each person within the company demonstrates the company values.
Melanie enjoys the challenge of learning about the Communications Industry and believes that the Mobile Masters team is the greatest asset of the Company. Melanie is a mother of three kids who enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Albert Hazebroek
Director/Service Manager
Albert began Mobile Masters in 1984 after having 20 years of training and experience in the Communications Industry. With now over 45 years of experience in the industry, Albert is a well respected and highly technical member of the Communications Industry. Albert has had a great amount of achievements throughout his career and is focussed on giving back to the community. Albert is a member for Rotary and supports Amnesty International, Protection of Wildlife, The Blind Society, The Cancer Council as well as many other not for profit organisations.
Albert is a dedicated father and enjoys taking a spin around the dance floor every chance he gets.
Dylan Mulholland
Special Projects

Dylan has been working with Mobile Masters since 2004. Dylan has completed a Marine Science Degree and an Advanced Diploma in Electronics Engineering. Dylan is a highly regarded technician who is responsible for design, research, development and customisation of customer’s technical needs. Dylan is also involved in the implementation of the special projects that he designs and enjoys the challenges of adapting technologies to meet our customer’s requirements. The technologies that Dylan specialises in include two-way radio and wireless communication systems and gps tracking systems.
One of Dylan’s most recent special projects involved the design and roll out of an integrated two-way radio and VOIP system for the Boral Group.
Vanessa Rayner: Internal Sales Representative
Vanessa has been with Mobile Masters for three years and has a customer service management background. Vanessa started in administration with Mobile Masters, however realising her sales potential and her strong ability to create lasting relationships with our customers has meant that she has become a strong asset within the sales team.
Vanessa is a committed mum who enjoys dancing, motor bike riding and getting up on stage for a bit of Karaoke.
Eileen Davis: Sales Representative

Eileen has a passion for sales and loves to professionally help people find solutions to meet their needs. Eileen has been with Mobile Masters for 3 years and has had a career in sales for 12 years. Eileen enjoys meeting new people and has a fun loving nature.
Eileen’s interests include choir, dancing and always having a laugh.
Jay Pennington: Technical Sales and Service

Jay has been an amateur radio enthusiast and learning about the radio industry since he was knee high to a grasshopper. Jay is now a technical specialist and has been working with Mobile Masters for 4 years. Jay has a customer relations background which has made him a great asset to the sales team as he is able to assist our customers with technical advice.
Jay’s knowledge is vital to our team’s development and he is continually providing product knowledge, training and technical scoping to the sales team and customers.
Jetro Maswanhise
Service Technician
Jetro has been with Mobile Masters for 3 years and is a highly accredited service technician. Jetro’s accreditations include an Advanced Diploma in Telecommunications Systems and a Certificate in Microcomputer Technology. Jetro has also achieved his National Diploma in Electronic Engineering and has completed a 4 year apprenticeship in Radio Communications. Jetro is responsible for programming, testing and developing new two way radio systems as well as the repair of two way radio and other electrical equipment.
Jetro’s interests include athletics, soccer and sport and building electronic circuits and gadgets.
Tony Green
Service Technician
Tony is an amateur radio enthusiasts and one of the longest standing employees at Mobile Masters being with the company for 18 years. Tony has over 30 years experience in the communications industry and is an extremely important part of our technical team. Tony is responsible for assisting with the development of technical projects and the programming, repairing and testing of two-way radio and other wireless communication and electrical equipment.
A large part of Tony’s role is also to provide technical advice and training to other members of the technical team.
Sarah Timms
Procurement/Administration Manager
Sarah is a great asset to the Mobile Masters team having a multitude of skills within administration and procurement fields. Sarah has an administration background and will always go the extra mile for customers and staff to assist them in meeting critical deadlines and providing general support. Sarah always demonstrates a high level of commitment to Mobile Masters and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Sarah is most proud of her new nephew, Cameron.
