TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Mobile Masters Detailing website and our mobile detailing services. By booking a service or using this website, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Mobile Masters Detailing provides mobile vehicle detailing services including caravan detailing, marine and boat detailing, red dirt removal, car and 4WD detailing, ceramic coating, paint correction, and interior detailing throughout the Perth metropolitan area.

All services are performed at your nominated location. You are required to provide access to an outdoor water tap and a standard 240V power point within reasonable distance of the vehicle to be detailed. Failure to provide access may result in the service being rescheduled and may incur a call-out fee.

2. Quotes and pricing

All prices displayed on this website are indicative starting prices ("from" pricing). Final quotes are confirmed before any service commences and are based on vehicle size, condition, and specific requirements. You will not be charged more than the agreed quote without prior notice and your approval.

3. Bookings and cancellations

• Bookings are confirmed by phone, text, or email.
• We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a call-out fee of up to $50.
• We reserve the right to reschedule bookings due to severe weather conditions. We will contact you as early as possible to arrange an alternative time.

4. Your responsibilities

To enable us to perform the service safely and effectively, you agree to:

• Provide safe access to the vehicle and the service location
• Ensure an outdoor water tap and power point are accessible
• Remove all personal valuables from the vehicle prior to the service
• Disclose any known pre-existing damage to paintwork, glass, upholstery, or mechanical components before the service commences
• Ensure pets are secured away from the work area

5. Pre-existing damage

Mobile Masters Detailing will conduct a visual inspection before commencing work and may photograph pre-existing damage. We are not responsible for damage that pre-existed the service and was either disclosed or visible during inspection. Deep scratches, oxidation, chips, or fading that cannot be fully corrected by the service scope will be noted in advance.

6. Liability

We carry public liability insurance for all services. Our liability is limited to re-performing any service that does not meet a reasonable standard of workmanship. We are not liable for consequential loss, loss of use, or loss of income arising from any aspect of the service.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Payment

Payment is due on completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash and bank transfer. Invoices are provided on request.

8. Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange to remedy the issue at no additional cost. This does not apply to issues caused by subsequent weather events, use, or third-party treatments.

9. Website use

All content on this website — including text, design, and structure — is the property of Mobile Masters Detailing and may not be reproduced without permission. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that all information is current. Pricing and service availability are subject to change.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
